Just email your video clip to me in any format and coming in somewhere under 5 minutes (about 2 or 3 minutes is perfect) here at vblog@geoffsharp.co.nz
Include your name and a short summary of what is on the clip that can be included in the post. Unless you request otherwise, your name will appear in the title or commentary of the post, but feel free to suggest a title you want to use.
Your clip can be on anything, anything at all, to do with mediation and does not need to be a production masterpiece, the main thing is to post.
If you become a regular contributer you may post video clips to the vBlog directly with your own password.
And for those who would prefer to have their say, but not necessary seen… there will soon be a similar option to post audio.

Before you email your clip to me at vblog@geoffsharp.co.nz please save your videos as either QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG files as these are the most common formats and they work well within the vBlog Project page.
